RYAN JANCULA

Partner & Lead Agent

Ryan has been involved in over $150,000,000 in real estate transactions since 2012. In 2015, Ryan Jancula and Trevor Montano started My Westside Home, a real estate group focused on the Westside of Los Angeles community and real estate market.

Born in the Pacific Palisades and living throughout the Westside, Ryan brings local knowledge of properties, specializing in Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, and Malibu.

Ryan received his real estate license at age 19. He is an alumni of the University of Oregon where he received his B.S. degree in Business Administration.

Ryan is a third generation Westside Realtor. His grandmother, Nadine McNulty, headed the Estates Division of Fred Sands Realtors in Los Angeles during the 70’s and 80’s. 

Ryan also cares for the Pacific Palisades community and coaches youth basketball at the Palisades Recreation center. His impressive network and Westside community roots are exemplified in his character.

TREVOR MONTANO

Partner & Head of Operations

Trevor brings value through his experience in management, day-to-day operations and creative and expert marketing skills.

Trevor's experience in dealing with his client's every need has proven to show his strength of interpersonal relationships and execution of deals. Trevor's grasp of how the new wave of audiences process information proves invaluable to creating the marketing tactics that My Westside Home employs. 

Trevor’s expertise in analyzing raw data, demographics, and applied advertising is solidified with a B.S. from the University of Arizona in Regional Development.

My Westside Home brings integrity, trust, and authenticity to its clients’ transaction while linking it with premier service. Ryan and Trevor’s personal commitment starts with “An Innovative Approach” and ends with “Superior Results”.

Amy Alcini

Partner & Estates Director

Amy Alcini has been successfully selling luxury Malibu real estate since 1999. From 2012 to present, she has sold over $200 million worth of Malibu real estate. Amy's goal is to provide all her clients with consistent professional services and exceptional results. 

Prior to real estate, Amy competed on the WTA Women's Professional Tennis Tour from 1989-1991 and she currently competes on the USTA senior tour. Amy holds 20 USTA National Titles, and between 2000 and 2012 was ranked #1 in the United States for her age group six times. 

Amy's level of service, competitive spirit, professionalism, experience, networking, and negotiating skills all contribute to her clients’ success. Amy specializes as a Malibu listing agent, focused on netting the highest price possible for the sale of her clients’ properties.

LISA LEVIN

Executive Assistant & Head of Marketing

Recognized for her innovative marketing approach and  design knowledge, Lisa brings with her a reputation of tenacious work ethic, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to her team and clients’ success. 

Whether she’s searching for a dream home or creating a strategic marketing plan, Lisa takes a personal, tailored approach to every client, navigating each transaction with passion and a focus on her team’s unique objectives. With a degree from FIDM Lisa is proficient in Photoshop and Adobe Suite Programs, providing an  edge in today’s competitive market.
